BA 1996-01-18 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING January 18, 1996 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 7 p.m., and in regular session at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, January 18, 1996, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. Item 6: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of Case No. PD -149 Vistas f Co 11, zoning change from HC (Highway Commercial), MF -2 (Multi - Family 2), LI (Light Industrial), and C (Commercial) to PD -SF -7 and MF -2 (Planned Development, Single -Family -7 and Multi -Family -2), to allow the development of single-family and multi -family residential uses on 128.15 acres of property, located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, north of the Denton Creek, at the request of Carter & Burgess, Inc. 1 Item 7: To consider the approval of Vistas of Coppell. Phase I. Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of a 113 -lot residential subdivision located along the south side of Spur 553 (also known as Vista Ridge Blvd.), east of Denton Tap Road, and north of Denton Creek, at the request of Carter & Burgess, Inc. Item 8: To consider the approval of Vistas of Cop H. Phase II, Preliminarv�, to allow the development of a 139 -lot residential subdivision located along the south side of Spur 553 (also known as Vista Ridge Blvd.), east of Denton Tap Road, and north of Denton Creek, at the request of Carter & Burgess, Inc. Item 9: To consider the approval of Vistas of Cop llll, Phase M. Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of an 81 -lot residential subdivision located along the south side of Spur 553 (also known as Vista Ridge Blvd.), east of Denton Tap Road, and north of Denton Creek, at the request of Carter & Burgess, Inc. Item 10: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of Case No. PD -150. Village at Cottonwood Creek Community Recreational Center, zoning change from SF -7 (Single Family -7) to PD Recreational Center (Planned Development, Recreational Center), to allow the development of a recreational center on 13,440 square feet of land to be used by the homeowners of the Village at Cottonwood Creek subdivision, located on the south side of Hardwick Court and along the north side of Parkway Boulevard, at the request of Tipton Engineering, Inc. Item 11: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of Village at Cottonwood Creek. Section VI, Replat of Lot 4. Block D, to remove the building lines of Lot 4, Block D located on the south side of Hardwick Court and along the north side of Parkway Boulevard, at the request of Tipton Engineering, Inc. Item 12: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of Case No. -11 3R SveeDee Oil Change, zoning change from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to allow the development of an automobile service facility, located on the west side of MacArthur Blvd., approximately 888 feet north of Beltline Rd, at the request of Hennessey Engineering Inc. Item 13: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of Freeport North. Replat of Lot 5A, to allow the development of a 132,500 square foot warehouse and distribution facility, located on the northwest corner of Gateview Boulevard and Royal Lane, at the request of Rust, Lichliter/Jameson. Item 14: To consider the approval of amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to Sections 30 (batch plants), 32 (height of flag poles) and 39 (establishing Site Plan review procedures) .
