BA 1994-10-20 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING October 20, 1994 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 6 p.m., and in regular session at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, October 20, 1994, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 6 p.m. (Closed to the Public) Item 1: Welcome and Presentation of Commission Responsibilities by Mayor Morton. Item 2: Orientation for New P&Z Commissioners by City Attorney Dillard. 7 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 3: Briefing on the Agenda. REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 4: Call to Order. Item 5: Invocation. Item 6: Election of new Chairman of Planning and Zoning Commission. Item 8: Election of new Vice Chairman of Planning and Zoning Commission. Item 9: Approval of Minutes of September 15, 1994. Item 10: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of S-1085, Gloria's Pizza, zoning change from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P. SMial Use Permit), to allow construction of a church to be located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 600' east of Lodge Road, at the request of Halff Associates, Inc.
