BA 1994-04-25 PZ SPECIAL SESSIONNOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING April 25, 1994 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in a special session at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, April 25, 1994, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA REGULAR SESSION: (Open to the Public) Item 1: Call to Order EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF NECESSARY) (Closed to the Public) Item 2: Convene Executive Session A. Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 Consultation with City Attorney. 1. Zoning Matters. WORK SESSION: (Open to the Public) Item 3: Briefing on the Agenda REGULAR SESSION RECONVENED (IF NECESSARY) (Open to the Public) Item 4: Invocation Item 5: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #ZC- 561(CH) from HC (Highway Commercial), LI (Light Industrial), and PD (FP) to any appropriate zoning district classification, including, but not limited to, SF -7, SF -9, SF -12, SF -18, SF -ED, PD (FP), HC, and/or LI on approximately 200 acres of land located along the west side of Denton Tap Road, north of Denton Creek. 1 Item 6: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #ZC- 562 CH from LI and R to any appropriate zoning district classification, including, but not limited to, SF -7, SF -9, SF -12, SF -18, SF -ED, MF -1, FP and/or HC, on approximately 200 acres of land located east of Highway 121 and north of Denton Creek, extending east to the property commonly known as the "Magnolia Property", and north to the Coppell city limit line. Item 7: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case ZC- 563 CH from R and TH-2 to any appropriate zoning district classification, including, but not limited to, SF -7, SF -9, SF -12, SF -18, SF -ED, and/or R at the corner of Sandy Lake and Coppell Road, on a total of approximately 15 acres of land located at the east intersection of Thweat and Coppell Roads. Item 8: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #ZC- 564(CH) from C (Commercial) to any appropriate zoning district classification, including, but not limited to, SF -7, SF -9, SF -12, SF -18, and/or SF -ED, on approximately 5 acres located on a tract of land north of WynnPage subdivision and west of Lone Star Gas utility line. Item 9: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #ZC- 565(CH)from C (Commercial) to O (Office) on approximately 10 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Denton Tap Road and Bethel School Road.
