BA 1993-07-15 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING July 15, 1993 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 7:00 p.m., and in regular session at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, July 15, 1993, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 7:00 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 1: Briefing on the Agenda REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 2: Call to Order Item 3: Invocation Item 4: Approval of Minutes of June 17, 1993 Item 5: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case # S- 1067, from Retail, to Retail Special Use Permit (R. S . U. P.) , located at 416 Bethel at the request of Mr. Phillip Jewitt. Item: 6: Consider approval of a preliminary plat for Park'n Fly Addition, located at northeast corner of Royal Lane and Gateway Boulevard; at the request of Nathan Maier Engineers. Item 7: Consider approval of a preliminary plat for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Addition, located approximately 1056 feet southeast from the corner of MacArthur and Samuel Boulevard; at the request of John Horton Architects. Item 8: Consider approval of a final plat Austin Place, located approximately 250 feet north of Sandy Lake Road, along the east side of Moore Road; at the request of Dan Dowdey & Associates, Inc. Item 9: Consider approval of a request to extend an S.U.P. at Riverchase Golf Course an additional six months, located along the east side of Riverchase Drive, within the Riverchase Golfcourse; at the request of Jim Helms.
