BA 1992-04-16 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING April 15, 1992 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 7:00 p.m., and in regular session at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 1992, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 7:00 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 1: Briefing on the Agenda REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 2: Cali to Order Item 3: Invocation Item 4: Approval of Minutes of March 19, 1992 Item 5: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a replat of Gateway Business Park, Block 2, located at the northwest corner of Freeport Parkway and Gateway Boulevard, at the request of Catellus Development Corporation. Item 6: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #ZC-537, from (TH-1) Town House -1, to (SF -0) Single -Family -0, located north of Sandy Lake Road and west of MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Matthews Southwest Investments. Item 7: To consider approval of a final plat of Country Estates, located at the southeast corner of Bethel School Road and Harris Street, at the request of Horace T. Ardinger.
