BA 1992-03-19 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING March 19, 1992 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 7:00 p.m., and in regular session at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, March 19, 1992, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 7:00 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 1: Briefing on the Agenda REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 2: Call to Order Item 3: Invocation Item 4: Approval of Minutes of February 20, 1992 Item 5: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #ZC-536, (Lakewood Estates), from (MF -2) Multi -Family -2, to (SF -7) Single -Family -7, located along the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, south of Parkway Boulevard, and along the east and west side of Village Parkway, at the request of LOC Estates, Ltd.
