BA 1991-07-22 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING July 22, 1991 Planning and Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 7:00 p.m., and in regular session at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, July 22, 1991, at the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. PLATTING Item 6: Consider request for a preliminary plat of Riverchase estates Addition, located 2110 feet south of Sandy lake Road along the west side of Riverchase Drive, at the request of Heath and Knight Properties. Item 7: Consider request for a preliminary plat of Chautaugua Place Addition, located along the west side of Harris Road, at the intersection of Harris and Bethel School Road, at the request of Matthews Investments. Item 8: Consider request for a preliminary plat of Turnberry Village, located south of Sandy Lake Road and east of Riverchase Drive, at the request of Huffines and Partners, Inc. Item 9: Consider request for a preliminary plat of Park Estates, North, located north of S.H. 121 Bypass and west of Denton Tap Road, at the request of Thompson Interests.
