BA 1987-09-17 PZNOTICE OF MEETING September 17, 1987 Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 179 1987, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 7:00 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 1: Executive Session Item 2: Briefing on the Agenda REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 3: Call to Order Item 4: Invocation Item 5: Approval of Minutes PUBLIC HEARINGS Item 6: Consider approval of a zoning change, Case #PD -105, at the request of Meadowglen Properties, from (SF -9) Single Family -9, to a (PD -SF -9) Planned Development for Single Family -9, located at the southeast corner of Parkway Boulevard and Samuel Boulevard. Item 7: Consider approval of a zoning change, Case #S-1025, from (LI) Light Industrial to (LI.S.U.P.) Light Industrial with a Special Use Permit, for the operation of automobile sales, located at 1203 Crestside Drive, at the request of Mr. William Dunaway. Item 8: Consider approval of a zoning change, Case #S-1026, from (SF -9) Single Family -9, to (SF-9,S.U.P.) Single Family -9 with a Special Use Permit to allow the operation of a Church, located approximately 600 feet north of the northeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Samuel Boulevard at the request of the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. PLATTING Item 9: Consider approval of a final plat for Creekview Addition, located east of Denton Tap Road, south of Grapevine Creek, and north of the St. Louis and Southwestern Railway, at the request of Thompson Properties. Item 10: Consider approval of a preliminary plat for the North Texas Mail Processing Center, located at the southeast corner of Royal Lane and Bethel Road. Adjournment. AGENDA PLATTING Regular called session of of Coppell to be held at the Coppell Town Center, Item 11: To consider approval of a preliminary plat for Lake Park Addition, located near the northwest corner of DeForest Rd. and MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Parks of Coppell J/V. This item is added to the above mentioned agenda as an emergency item. This matter came to the attention of the City after posting the original agenda and requires action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
