Item 6: Zoning Application #ZC-504 PUBLIC HEARING To consider approval of a zoning change request for Parks of Coppell Joint Venture, from (SF -7) Single Family -7 to (C) Commercial, on property located north of DeForest Rd., east of the proposed extension of MacArthur Blvd. for a total of 2.144 acres. Item 7: Zoning Application #ZC-505 PUBLIC HEARING To consider approval of a zoning change request for Parks of Coppell Joint Venture, from (SF -7) Single Family to (MF -2) Multi -Family, on property located on the west side of proposed MacArthur Blvd., near DeForest Rd. for a total of 23.186 acres. Item 8: Zoning Application #ZC-506 PUBLIC HEARING To consider approval of a zoning change request for Parks of Coppell Joint Venture, from (SF -0) Single Family Zero Lot Line Homes to (TH-2) Townhomes on property located west of MacArthur Blvd and DeForest Rd. for a total of 3.825 acres.
