BA 1987-03-19 PZNOTICE OF MEETING March 19, 1987 Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 7:00 p.m. and in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 1987 at the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 7:00 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 1: Briefing on agenda. REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 2: Call to order. Item 3: Invocation. PUBLIC HEARINGS Item 4: Case #PD -101 - Forbes Development To consider approval of a zoning change from "LI" Light Industrial, "R" Retail and "A" Agricultural to a mixed-use Planned Development (PD) located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, and north of the St. Louis and Southwestern Railroad. Item 5: Case #S-1007 To consider approval of a Special Use Permit located on the south- east corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road, for the oper- ation of a car wash. Item 6: Case #S-1008 To consider approval of a Special Use Permit located at the south- east corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road, for the oper- ation of a gasoline service station. Item 7: Case #S-1009 To consider approval of a Special Use Permit located on the south- east corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road, for the oper- ation of a grocery store. Item 8: Case #S-1010 To consider approval of a Special Use Permit located at the south- west corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road for the oper- ation of a gasoline service station. Item 9: Case #S-1011 To consider approval of a Special Use Permit located at the south- west corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road for the oper- ation per- ation of a car wash. PLATTING Item 10: Frank Addition - Preliminary Plat To consider approval of a preliminary plat located 630 feet north of the intersection of Bethel School Road and Heartz Road. Item 11: Northport Business Park - Preliminary Plat - Resubmittal To consider the approval of a resubmittal of the preliminary plat located north of Bethel School Road and east of State Highway 121. Item 12: Coppell Road Business Park - Final Plat - Resubmittal To consider the approval of a resubmittal of the final plat located 204 feet north of the intersection of Bethel and Coppell Roads. Item 13: Replat of Northlake Woodlands East #6, Lot 3, Block H To consider the approval of a replat located at the southeast corner of Moore Road and Christi Lane. AGENDA Item 11A: To consider approval of a Drainage Easement for the channelization of Cottonwood Creek, located north of Bethel Road and east of State Highway 121, in the Northport Business Park Addition. This item is added to the above mentioned agenda as an emergency item. This matter came to the attention of the City after posting the original agenda and requires action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
