Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Coppell will meet in Pre -Agenda Session at 7:00 p.m. and Regular
Session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 1986 in the Coppell High
School Administration Building. The purpose of the meeting is to
consider the following items:

To consider a zoning change request for Keas Towne Center from
"SF -12" Single Family -12 to "PD -R" Planned Development -
Retail on property located on the north side of Sandy Lake
Road, 1600 feet east of MacArthur.
Item 7: Zoning Application 486-04-15 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a zoning change request for Sandy Lake/Moore Road
Joint Venture from "C" Commercial to "C-S.U.P." Commercial
with a special use permit for a convenience store on property
located on the northwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and Moore
Road. (Tabled from May 15th Meeting)
Item 8: Zoning Application #86-04-15.1 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a zoning change request for Sandy Lake/Moore Road
Joint Venture from "C" Commercial to "C-S.U.P." Commercial
with a special use permit for a gasoline service station on
property located on the northwest corner of Sandy Lake Road
and Moore Road. (Tabled from May 15th Meeting)
Item 9: Zoning Application #86-05-27 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a zoning change request for Sandy Lake/Moore Road
Joint Venture from "C" Commercial to "C-S.U.P." Commercial
with a special use permit for a deli -restaurant on property
located on the northwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and Moore
Road.
Item 10: Zoning Application #86-05-23 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a zoning change request for Fil Skepi from "C"
Commercial to "C-S.U.P." Commercial with a special use permit
for an ice cream restaurant on property located on the
northeast corner on Denton Tap Road and Braewood Drive in
Braewood Retail Center.
Item 11: Zoning Application #86-05-13 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a zoning change request for Mobil Oil Corporation
from "C-S.U.P." Commercial with a special use permit for a
gasoline station, convenience store, and car wash to
"C-S.U.P." Commercial with a special use permit to extend the
gasoline pump island on property located on the northeast
corner of Denton Tap Road and Beltline Road.
Item 12: Zoning Application #86-04-28 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a sign variance request for Mobil Oil Corporation
from Section 10-5-9 of the City of Coppell Sign Ordinance on
property located on the northeast corner of Denton Tap Road
and Beltline Road.
Item 13: Zoning Application #86-05-27.5 - PUBLIC HEARING
To consider a sign variance request for Pizza Hut from
Section 10-6-1 (c.2) of the City of Coppell Sign Ordinance on
property located on the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road
and MacArthur Boulevard in the Corners of Coppell Retail
Center.

(formerly Carmel at the Lakes of Coppell) on property located
on the southwest corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Parkway
Boulevard.
