BA 1986-04-17 PZpit Notice of Meeting April 17, 1986 Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -agenda session at 7:00 p.m. and regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 1986 in the Coppell High School Administration Building. Commercial with a Special Use Permit for a restaurant to "C-S.U.P. - Commercial with a Special Use Permit for the inclusion of a private club, on property located on the southeast Horner of Denton Tap Road and Sandy Lake Road. Item 10: Zoning Application #86-02-21 - PUBLIC HEARING To consider a Sign Variance request for Safeway/Corners of Coppell from Section 10-6-2 (E.3) of the City of Coppell Sign Ordinance on property located on the southeast -corner of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard. t Item 11: Zoning Application #86-03-24 - PUBLIC HEARING To consider a Sign Variance request for Univest Development Company from Section 10-5-6 of the City of Coppell Sign Ordinance on properties located at the intersection of Highland Meadow Circle and Sandy Lake Road, and the entrance of Park Meadow Addition on Parkway Boulevard. Item 12: Zoning Application #86-03-24.5 - PUBLIC HEARING To consider a Sign Variance request for Univest Development Company from Section 10-5-5 of the City of Coppell Sign Ordinance on properties located at four (4) locations: Denton Tap Road and Parkway Boulevard Sandy Lake Road and Moore Road Moore Road and Parkway Boulevard Park View Lane and Parkway Boulevard PLATTING Item 13: Plat Application #86-03-04 To consider approval of preliminary plat of Fairway Drive on property located north of existing Beltline Road, east of MacArthur Boulevard, south of Riverchase Drive and west of the Golf Course. The following item is hereby added to the agenda of the Planning and Zoning Commission pre -session meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. and for the regular session to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday the 20th day of March, 1986. AGENDA Item No. 10: Plat Application #86-02-10 - to consider approval of a final plat for DTC Business Center on property located on the west side of Denton Tap Road, south of Sandy Lake Road and north of Bethel School Road. This item is added to the above mentioned agenda as an emergency item. This matter came to the attention of the City after posting the original agenda and requires action at the next Planning and Zoning meeting.
