SIGN VARIANCE REQUESTS
ITEM 14: Public hearing to consider a variance request of
the Sign Ordinance, Section 10-5-2 of Sign Ordinance
No. 287 - No sign shall be erected closer than ten
(10) feet from the existing public right - of -
way or be constructed so as to project over such
right - of - way. Univest Real Estate Investments
making the request.

ITEIM 15: Public hearing to consider a variance request of
the Sign Ordinance, Section 10-5-3(A) of No. 287
- An occupant may erect special purpose and/or temporary
signs, other than political signs, at any occupany
for a maximum of six (6) times in each calendar
year, for a maximum toal of thirty (30) days per
calendar year. Permits are required to be thirty
(30) days apart. The Staubach Company making the
request
