ITEM 5: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Jackson -Morgan for a zoning change from "SF -12", Single Family 12 to "PD", Planned Development, ("SF -7"), Single Family 7 on property being described as 4.6314 acres of land out of Abstract No. 629 which is located at the southwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and Lodge Road. ITEM 6: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Triland/Northsted Joint Venture for a zoning change from "2F-9", Two Family Dwelling, "A", Agricultural and "MF -1", Multi -Family Dwelling to a zoning change classification of "LI", Light Industrial on 135.95 acres of land situated in the Singleton Thompson Survey, Abstract.No. 1493 and being located at the southwest and southeast corners of the intersection of Beltline Road and MacArthur Boulevard.
