ITEM 5: Consider approval of preliminary plat (conceptual plan) of Shadow Ridge Estates. (Frank Graham). ITEM 6: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Mobil-. Oil Corporation for a zoning change from C, Commercial to C, Commercial, S.U.P., (Specific Use Permit) on approximately .784 acres east of Denton Tap Road and North of Beltline Road. R.W. AGENDA ITEM 7: Discussion regarding the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance These items are added to the above mentioned agenda as emergency items.
