Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Coppell will meet in regular session on Thursday, August 18,
1983, at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell High School Administration Building.
for the purpose of considering the following items:
AGENDA
ITEM 1: Call to order
ITEM 2: Invocation
ITEM 3: Approval of minutes
ITEM 4: Consider approval of the final plat of Northlake Woodlands East
Phases 3 and 4
ITEM 5: Public`hearing to consider a zoning change request of Troth
Enterprises, Inc. for a zoning change from SF -12 Single Family
to a zoning classification of "PD" Planned Development (SF -9)
and being a tract of land situated in the James Parrish Survey,
Abstract No. 1139, containing 19.233 acres and being just east
of the intersection of Bethel Road and Moore Road.
ITEM 6: Consider approval of the preliminary plat on Northlake Woodlands
East Phase 5
ITEM 7: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Ken E.
Marchant Custom Homes for a zoning change from "SF -12" Single
Family to a zoning classification of "SF -7" Single Family, said
property being described as follows: Being a 4.634 acre tract
located in the southwestern quadrant of the intersections of
Sandy Lake Road and the extension of Lodge Road.
ITEM 8: Consider approval of preliminary plat on Sandy Lake Place #2

ITEM 9: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Texas District
Mission Board for a zoning change from SF -12, Single Family to
a zoning classification of "C" Commercial on property located in
Abstract 629 and being 5.3 acres at the southeast corner of Sandy
Lake and Heartz Roads.
