Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Coppell will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on the 21st
day of July, 1983, at the Coppell High School Administration Building
in the City of Coppell, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following items:
AGENDA
ITEM 1: Call to order
ITEM 2: Invocation
ITEM 3: Approval of minutes
ITEM 4: Consider approval of preliminary and final plat of The
Phillips Addition (II)
ITEM 5: Consider approval of preliminary and final plat of the
Sandy Lake and Moore Retail Center
ITEM 6: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of
William G. Thompson, Trustee and Joel H. Robuck, Trustee
for a zoning change from "I-1" Light Industrial and "R"
Retail to a zoning classification of "PD" Planned Development,
TH-2, Townhouse and being approximately 33.6 acres of land
situated in the McKinney & Williams Survey, Abstract No.
10542 City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas and being North
of the Cotton Belt RR right-of-way and 350 feet East of
Denton Tap Road.
ITEM 7: Consider approval of preliminary plat on The Creekview
Residential Development (Thompson-Robuck)
ITEM 8: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Ken
Marchant Custom Homes for a zoning change from "SF -12" Single
Family Residential to a zoning classification of PD Planned
Development (SF -7, Office and Daycare) and being a tract of land
situated in the Alfred Logsdon Survey, Abstract No. 783,
said tract being part of the Stringfellow 45 acre tract, and
located west and south of the Stringfellow Addition, fronting
both on Moore Road and Sandy Lake Road and containing approximately
16.3 acres of land.
ITEM 9: Consider approval of preliminary plat on Sandy Lake Place
(Ken Marchant)
ITEM 10: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Pat
Mus§rave for a zoning change from "2F-1", Two Family Residentikl
to a zoning classification of "C", Commercial and being four
tracts of land out of the J. W. Anderson Survey, Abstract 18
and being more particularly described as 512, 516, 520 and 524
Coppell Road.
ITEM 11: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of Whispering
Hills Development for a toning change from "SF -12" Single Family
District to a zoning classification of "SF -77, Single Family
and being a tract of land out of the J. W. Anderson Survey,
Abstract 18, being generally located south of Sandy Lake Road,
east of Coppell Road and west of the General Telephone Plant,
containing 17.5682 acres of land.
ITEM 8: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request of James
Dunn for a zoning change from "SF -12" Single Family to a
zoning classification of "C" Commercial and said property
being Lot 5, Block C. Abstract 694, Shadydale Acres, also
known as 162 N. Shadydale Lane, City of Coppell, Texas.
