December 17, 1981
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Coppell will meet in regular called session at 7:30 p.m. on the
17th day of December, 1981, at the Coppell High School Cafeteria in the
City of Coppell, Texas for the purpose of considering the following items:
AGENDA
ITEM 1: Call to order
ITEM 2: Invocation
ITEM 3: Approval of minutes
ITEM 4: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request by Dayspring
Development Corp. from "C" Commercial to a zoning classification
of "MF -1" Multi -Family Residential District, and
Being two tracts of land containing a total of 35.594 acres out
of the Edward A. Crow Survey, Abstract 301 of Dallas County,
Texas and being that 35.594 acres of land bounded on the North
by Bethel School Road, on the East by Denton Tap Road, on the
South by Grapevine Creek and on the West by Bethel School Road.
ITEM 5: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request by General
Telephone Co. from "MF -1 Multi -Family Residential District
to "R" Retail District Classification, said property being
described as follows:
Being a tract of land situated in the J. W. Anderson Survey,
Abstract No. 18, Dallas County, Texas, containing 3.0128 acres of
land, and located just West of the General Telephone Building,
East of the Whispering Hills Addition, and South of Sandy Lake
Road.
ITEM 6: Public hearing to consider a zoning change request by James
Andrews from "SFr12", Single Family to a zoning classification -
of "C" Commercial and being a tract of land situated in the
A. Logsdon Survey, Abstract 783, containing 3.92 acres of land
and located East of the E. F. Hitchcock tract, West of the Sandy
Lake Rd. Baptist Church, North of Sandy Lake Road, and South of
the Joe Eby tract.
