KEEP COPPELL BEAUTIFUL MEETING

Mission: To involve individuals and businesses throughout the community to
promote education and initiatives that encourage waste reduction, litter
prevention, beautification and environmental sustainability.
Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Board will meet in regular session at
7:00 p.m., August 18, 2011, in the Conference Room at Coppell Road Service Center.
Members include: Brandi Todd (Chair), David Caviness (Vice Chair), Eric Dillie, Samuel
Duff, Richard Kelley, Shawn Thompson, and Tabitha Wilson. Student Advisors: Goutham
Kandru and Geetika Rao. City Liaison: Amanda Vanhoozier. The purpose of this meeting is
to consider the following items:

Item 1: Call to Order
Item 2: Consider Approval of Minutes: May 19, 2011.
Item 3: Citizen’s Forum.
Citizens should complete a Citizen’s Appearance Form. Pursuant to
the State Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing
or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on
your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
Item 4: Introduction of New KCB Board Members.
Item 5: Discussion of Adopt-a-Location.
Item 6: Discussion of Green Team and Chamber of Commerce Involvement.
Item 7: Youth Report on Youth Education and School Recycling.
Item 8: Formation of Subcommittee for KCB Priority Goal.
Item 9: Community Programs Report (written).
