Item 4: Earthfest and Clean Coppell wrap-up report and evaluation
Vin Merrill and Richard Kelley are to make final updates of vendor list to
keep for next year. The Board would like to be more selective with vendors
next year and possibly add a pet booth since so many citizens brought pets to
Earthfest. Also, make sure vendors in parking lot are better incorporated.
The Caterpillars were a huge hit. Ways to improve are to weed out bad
pantyhose prior to event, have educational materials to discuss while people
wait, and no pom poms.
The Board can also make business card sized “cheat sheets” for vendors with
important information on them such as bathroom location, recycling location,
etc.
Jen Ferguson passed out copies of the City’s Earthfest and Clean Coppell
Report to share details and accomplishments of the event.

administratively the delinquent groups or groups who don’t necessarily have
a trash filled location and don’t feel the need to do their clean-ups.
