LIBRARY BOARD MINUTES
August 9, 2012
The William T. Cozby Public Library Advisory Board met in regular session on Thursday, August 9,
2012 at the Coppell Aquatics and Recreation Center following the joint meeting with City Council and
the Park and Recreation Board.
1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chair, Patricia Nicks at 9:40 p.m.
Other board members present were Stephen Charters, Karla Tabor, Janet Koester and Thomas Dwyer.
Youth Advisors Shashwat Chaturvedi and Sai Panguluri were present for the joint meeting. Staff in
attendance were Library Director, Vicki Chiavetta, Assistant Director, Jane Darling and Sr.
Administrative Technician, Kim McGrath.
2. AGENDA: Thomas Dwyer motioned to table the agenda until the next meeting of the Library
Board on September 13, 2012, Karla Tabor seconded and the motion was approved.
3. ADJOURNMENT: Patricia Nicks, Chair adjourned the meeting at 9:42 p.m.
