Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas will meet in Regular
Called Session at 6:00 p.m. for Executive Session, Work Session will follow immediately
thereafter, and Regular Session will begin at 7:30 p.m., to be held at Town Center, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or
called Executive Session or order of busine

14. PUBLIC HEARING:
Conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed Annexation and Service Plan for 25.904
acres of property generally located northeast of the existing city limit line, east of MacArthur
Blvd. and north of Sandy Lake Road, into the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas.
15. Consider approval of the minutes: October 9, 2012.
16. Consider approval of an Interlocal Purchasing Agreement between the Brazos Valley Council of
Governments "BVCOG" and the City of Coppell; and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

17. Consider approval to purchase equipment and services from the City of Carrollton/Xerox State
& Local Solutions, Inc. to install new and additional equipment in the existing and new Police
fleet for $126,966 as budgeted in the Crime Control District Fund; and authorizing the City
Manager to sign any necessary documents.
18. Consider approval of the First Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for Main Street Coppell, and authorize the Mayor to execute a Correction Special
Warranty Deed and other necessary documents.
