KEEP COPPELL BEAUTIFUL MEETING

Mission: To involve individuals and businesses throughout the community to
promote education and initiatives that encourage waste reduction, litter
prevention, beautification and environmental sustainability.
Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Board will meet in regular session at
6:30 p.m., January 17, 2012, in the Conference Room at Coppell Road Service Center.
Members include: Brandi Todd, Laura Burnett, Noel Schaefers, Richard Kelley, Shawn
Thompson, Tabitha Wilson, Carmen Prince, Vin Merrill, and Brett Saunders. Student
Advisors: Annie Friedman and Pooja Marella. City Liaison: Jen Ferguson. The purpose of
this meeting is to consider the following items:

Item 4: Citizen's Forum.
Citizens should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to
the State Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing
or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on
your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
Item 5: Discussion of Strategic Plan for Keep Coppell Beautiful.
