Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Board will meet in regular session at 6:30 p.m., January 17, 2012, in the Conference Room at Coppell Road Service Center. Members include: Brandi Todd, Laura Burnett, Noel Schaefers, Richard Kelley, Shawn Thompson, Tabitha Wilson, Carmen Prince, Vin Merrill, and Brett Saunders. Student Advisors: Annie Friedman and Pooja Marella. City Liaison: Jen Ferguson. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items: Agenda Item 1: CaII to Order/Welcome to KCB /Introductions Reappointed Members: Shawn Thompson, Richard Kelley,Vin Merrill New Alternate: Brett Saunders Reappointed Youth Advisors: Annie Friedman and Pooja Marella Collect Open Meetings Certificate Item 2: Discussion and consider approval of 2013 KCB Chair and Vice Chair. Item 3: Consider Approval of Minutes: November 15, 2012. Item 4: Citizen's Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
