constituting a quorom, when among other proceedings had was the
following:
Mr. ~a%ers made a motion that Earl Tinsley be appointed
Fire ~hief. ~r. Johnson seconded the motion. Vote unamious.
There b~ing no further business to come before the Town ~ounoil
of Copoell on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting
was adjourned.
