COUNTY OF DALLAS
The Town Council of the Town of Coppell, Texas convened on this the 4th day of
April, 1962 with the following members present, to-wit=
W T Cozby, Mayor
Frank Harwell
Lester P Johnson
C T Waters Aldermen
Bill Harwell Secretary
constituting a quorum, when among other preceedings had was the following;
Mr. Waters made motion that present council be dissolved. Mr. Harwell seconded the
motion. Vote carried.
Mr. Waters made motion that Charles Miller be appointed Secretary of the Town
of Coppell. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Motlon carried.
Mr. Waters made motion that Albert Hodges be appointed Police Chief, and be fully
responsible for Police Department and also be fully responsible to the Town -CoUncil.
Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Vote carried.
There being no further business to come before the Town Council of the Town of Coppell
Texas on motion duly made, seconded and eartied, the meeting was adjourned.
