T H E C 1 T Y O F comLL ) 4 A s- , MEMORANDUM Date: April 5, 2002 To: Mayor and Council From: Jim Witt, City Manager Subject: CRDC Background Info ation At a Work Session last Tuesday, we discussed the CRDC funding commenting that based on our existing cash flow, we would be able to retire the bonds that had been issued by August 1, 2008. Attached to this memo is a copy of the cash flow material, as well as the original ballot language, documents related to the election that explained the election process for the 4B sales tax, and maps that show the phases of Wagon Wheel that have been constructed, as well as the hike and bike trails that have been constructed. The attached information is provided as a follow-up to our meeting on Tuesday, March 26. If you have any questions related to this material, please contact Clay or me and we can provide you with clarification or further information as necessary. Please note once again that the discussion regarding the merger of the Park and Rec.
