CM 1966-03-21 STATE OF TEXAS COUNT OF DALLAS The City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, convened in regular meeting on the 21st day of March, 1966, with the following members present to-wit: W. T. Cozby, Mayor C. J. Dobecka, Councilman W. H. Wilson, Councilman B. J. Harwell, Councilman Thomas Sisk, Councilman E. C. Gentry, City Secretary Absent: C. T. Waters Constituting a quorum where among the other proceedings had was the following: Motion was made by W. H. Wilson to give Mr. Vanbebber permission to purchase a chlorinator for the public well at a cost of $150.00. The motion was seconded by Cecil Dobecka and carried unanimously. 000021 Mr. Andy Thompson appeared before the Council and asked for a permit to yet electricity to his lot in the Thompson Addition so that he could spray paint his trailer house. Mr. Thompson agreed that he would not live in this trailer house but only park it there and that he would move said trailer house anytime the Council ordered him to do so. Wilson made a motion to grant Mr. Thompson a permit and the motion was seconded by Sisk and carried unanimously. A motion was made by Cecil Dobecka and seconded by B. J. Narwell to make E. C. Gentry a notary public and the City would pay the fee. The motion carried unanimously. Mr. Vanbebber was instructed to remove check valve from booster oump station. Motion was made, seconded and carried to give Rudy Stults credit of $24.56 on his water bill. Cecil Dobecka made a motion to pay petty cash bills in the amount of $24.68. The motion was seconded by Wilson and carried unanimously. No further business being presented to the Council at this time, and uoon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Council adjourned.
