CM 1965-10-06 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS The City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, convened in special meeting on the 6th day of October, 1965, with the following members present, to-wit: W. T. Cozby, Mayor W. H. Wilson, Councilman C. T. Waters, Councilman Bill Harwell, Councilman Thomas Sisk, Councilman Cecil Dobecka, Councilman E. C. Gentry, City Secretary Constituting a quorum where among the other proceedings had was the following: Motion was made by Councilman Waters that Mayor Cozby be authorized to enter into a contract with the Coppell Independent School District for the City to repay the District the cost of a 6" water line from the present system to the new high school out of the revenue received from the sale of water to the District and those pro rata charges of future services to the said line. Motion further provides that it is understood that the line will belong to the City except that portion on the school side of the meter, that the cost will be determined by competive bids and that the repayment provisions shall cease after the cost has been fully repaid. The motion was seconded by Councilman Wilson and carried unanimously. No further business being presented to the Council at this time, and upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Council adjourned. PASSED AND APPROVED, this 6th day of OCT , 1965. W. T.
