As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. Cozby Public Library to donate surplus books and circulation materials to the Friends of the Coppell Public Library, a non-profit organization, that will resell the items as a fundraiser to support the public library and providing an effective date; and authorizing the Mayor to sign. Consider approval of a contract for the renewal of the Dallas County Health Services Interlocal Agreement, effective October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014, in the amount of $3,131.00; and authorizing the Mayor to sign and execute any necessary documents.
