As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The Gateway Business Park No. 3, AAA, Lot 1R, Block A, Replat, being a replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block A, to combine the two lots into one and to revise existing fire lanes and easements to allow a revised site plan to accommodate a 248,980 -square -foot building on 18.07 acres of property located at the northwest corner of Freeport Parkway and IH 635.
