RE 2014-0408.1CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO.- .0$. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, APPROVING THE USE OF PROPERTY IN WAGON WHEEL PARK FOR EXPANSION OF FREEPORT PARKWAY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City desires to expand Freeport Parkway; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves the use of the property described in Exhibit "A, B, C and D", which is attached and incorporated herein, for the expansion of Freeport Parkway. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the City hereby attached hereto and incorporated herein as expansion of Freeport Parkway. approves the use of the property, which is Exhibit "A, B, C and D" for use in the SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and upon its adoption and it is so resolved.
