Notice is hereby given that the Coppell Park and Recreation Board/CRDC will have a meeting at 6:30
p.m., Monday, August 6, 2012, in the meeting room at the Coppell Road Service Center. The purpose of
the meeting is to consider the following items:
AGENDA
Item 1: Call the meeting to order.
Item 2: Citizen’s Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizen’s Appearance Form. Pursuant to the
State Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not
posted on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.

Item 3: Consider approval of the minutes from the June 4, 2012 meeting.
Item 4: Discussion regarding possible solutions to the current condition of the boardwalk at Andrew
Brown East
Item 5: Consider approval of a proposal from Core Construction, in the amount of $46,162.00, for the
removal of the existing boardwalk at the Andrew Brown East Park.
Item 5: Discussion related to the security of patrons at the Aquatic and Recreation Center and the
possible addition of exterior cameras
