Notice is hereby given that the Parks and Recreation Board of the City of Coppell, Texas, will
meet in the Council Chambers at 255 E. Parkway Boulevard immediately following the Coppell
Recreation Development Corporation meeting.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

Item 2 Citizen's Forum. Citizen's should complete a citizen's appearance form. Pursuant to
the State Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on
the items not posted on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at
