Notice is hereby given that the Coppell Recreation Develoment Corporation Board of the City
of Coppell, Texas, will meet in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at 255 E. Parkway Boulevard.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

3 Consider approval of minutes: November 3, 2014 and November 11, 2014
6 Consider award of Project Order #4, in the amount of $80,000.00, to the Gallagher Program
Construction Manager Agreement for management of the Andrew Brown Park East Phase 2
Erosion Control and Bridge Installation Project, and authorizing the President to sign the
necessary documents
7 Consider approval of award of a bid from Hunter Knepshield Company, in the amount of
$5,445.33, for the purchase of eight (8) picnic tables for the Aquatic and Recreation Center
pool deck area; and authorizing the President to execute the necessary documents
8 Consider approval of award of a bid from SDB Contracting Services, in the amount of
$10,680.45, for installation of rain gutters and downspouts at the Wagon Wheel Tennis Center;
and authorizing the President to execute the necessary documents
