Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of
Coppell, Texas, will meet in Pre-Session at 6:00 p.m. and in Regular Session at
6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2015, to be held at Coppell Town Center,
Council Chambers located at 255 E. Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting
may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking
confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

of Lot 1, Block 3R, of the Park West Commerce Center Addition, to
establish necessary easements to allow the development of four (4)
office/warehouse buildings containing a total of 304,200 square feet on
24.06 acres of property located on the south side of Southwestern
Boulevard, approximately 700 feet east of Freeport Parkway.
