As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. Consider award for approval of ADA Transition Plan Services and enter into an agreement with Accessology in the amount of $502,450.00 as identified in CIP funds; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents. 11. Consider approval of a professional services contract in the amount of $232,700.00 with Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. for Phase I of the design for Starleaf Pump Station; as budgeted in the water and sewer reserves; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents. 12. Consider award of the engineering design services with J. Volk Engineering for the design of paving & utility repairs and a preliminary level bike lane design at Parkway Boulevard; in the total amount of $293,000.00; from funds identified in the ¼ cent sales tax fund; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents. 13.
