Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas will meet in
Regular Called Session at 6:00 p.m. for Executive Session, Work Session will follow
immediately thereafter, and Regular Session will begin at 7:30 p.m., to be held at Town
Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may
be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential
legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session
or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

Consider approval of a Proclamation naming July 28, 2015 as “Autoimmune Disease
Awareness Day”, in the City of Coppell.

A. Consider approval of Council Meeting Minutes of July 14, 2015.
B. Consider approval of an Economic Development Agreement by and between the
City of Coppell and Coppell Deli Grocery Inc., and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

Consider award for approval of ADA Transition Plan Services and enter into an
agreement with Accessology in the amount of $502,450.00 as identified in CIP funds;
and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents.

Consider approval of a professional services contract in the amount of $232,700.00 with
Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. for Phase I of the design for Starleaf Pump Station; as
budgeted in the water and sewer reserves; and authorizing the City Manager to sign
any necessary documents.
12.
Consider award of the engineering design services with J. Volk Engineering for the
design of paving & utility repairs and a preliminary level bike lane design at Parkway
Boulevard; in the total amount of $293,000.00; from funds identified in the ¼ cent sales
tax fund; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents.
