Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas will meet in Regular
Called Session at 5:30 p.m. for Executive Session, Work Session will follow immediately
thereafter, and Regular Session will begin at 7:30 p.m., to be held at Town Center, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or
called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment.

A. Consider approval of Minutes: Council Meeting of 04/12/2016.
B. Consider approval of awarding Bid #Q-0316-04 for cleaning and
related services of municipal buildings to Premium Maintenance, Inc. in
the amount of $278,640.00 for a one-year period beginning June 1,
2016 with options to renew four additional one-year periods; as
budgeted in general fund; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any
necessary documents.
C. Consider award of a bid from Marathon Fitness, for the replacement
of fitness equipment at the CORE, in the amount of $62,764.31, as
budgeted, utilizing Buy Board Contract #413-12; and authorizing the City
Manager to sign the necessary documents.

D. Consider approval of accepting the resignation of Stephen Hafer
from the Coppell Recreation Development Corporation (CRDC).

8. Consider approval of an amendment to an Ordinance of the City of
Coppell, Texas, amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15, Article
15-1, "Building Code," Section 15-1-2, "Amendments" to add a new
Subsection 15A to provide an amendment to Section 419 Live/Work
Units, Subsection 419.1.1 Limitations; providing an effective date; and
authorizing the Mayor to sign any necessary documents.
9. Consider approval of an amendment to an Ordinance of the City of
Coppell, Texas, amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 15, Article
15-1, "Building Code", Section 15-1-2 "Amendments", to amend Section
503, Table 503, to require resistive building material for certain classified
buildings; providing an effective date; and authorizing the Mayor to sign
any necessary documents.
10. Consider approval of a Resolution directing Oncor Electric Delivery
Company, LLC to file certain information with the City of Coppell setting
a procedural schedule for gathering and reviewing necessary
information in connection with: setting dates for the filing of the city's
analysis; ratifying the hiring of legal counsel and consultants; reserving
the right to require reimbursement of Coppell's rate case expenses;
setting public hearing dates; and determining the reasonable rates to be
charged by Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC; and authorizing the
Mayor to sign.
11. Consider approval of a Resolution to enter into an agreement between
the City of Coppell and SPAN, Inc., for the provision of transit services
for Senior Citizens and Citizens with Disabilities; and authorizing the
Mayor to sign the Resolution and the City Manager to sign all contract
documents.
