Consider approval of awardin8 Bid #Q-0199-06 to Crescent Machinery Company/Moody Day Division for the purchase of a Telescopin8 Material Handler for the handlinE of commodities and other materials which are delivered to the Service Center in the amount of $43,325.10, as budEeted. 16. Consider approval of awardin8 Bid # Q-0199-02 to H & W Utility Contractors in the amount of $180,217.54 for the construction of the S.H. 121 Water Line; and authorizin8 the Mayor to siEn. 17.
