1.Call to Order.
2.Consider approval of the minutes for the June 8, 2016 meeting.
3.Consider and take appropriate action on the SLR508 Records Management Policy and
Declaration of Compliance.
4.Consider and take appropriate action on the NTECC FY17 budget.
5.Discuss and take any action regarding the corporation’s governance structure.
6.Receive and discuss Executive Director’s report regarding matters affecting NTECC
policies, operations, personnel and finances (including possible discussions regarding
staffing levels), including but not limited to, topics relating to project status and
commencement of dispatch operations and implementation and/or integration of records
management systems by the four owner Cities.
Closed Session:
7. Conduct a closed meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code
§551.074: Personnel: Conduct the annual evaluation of the duties and performance of
the Executive Director.
8. Discuss and take any action related to matters discussed in Closed Session under Item 7.
