RE 2016-0614.1necessity of obtaining City Council approval authorizing the condemnation of the corrected description of revised property. Section 3. That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to sign and execute the Easement(s), attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" by and on behalf of the City. Section 4.
