of this Resolution and furnish the same to Grantee, and the recording of this Resolution in the real
property records of Dallas County, Texas, shall serve as a grant of Easements of the City of Coppell
to the said Grantee, and its successors and assigns of the easement(s) and ingress and egress rights
stated therein in and to the property described and depicted in the attached exhibits
