Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas will meet in Special
Called Session on Tuesday, October 17, 1995, at 7:30 for Regular Session to be held at Town
Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the
following items:

1. Call to order.
2. Discussion and consideration of approving an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 95709
(An Ordinance of the City of Coppell, Texas, Ordering an Election on Proposed
Amendments to the Home Rule Charter of the City of Coppell), Section 6, Proposition
3 changing 8.03B to 8.03A and deleting 11.25; Prosition No. 8 making the language
consistent with the text of Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 95709; and Proposition No. 14
changing Section 6.13 to 6.12 and amending text, and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
