The Board of Directors of the Coppell Crime Control and Prevention District met on Thursday,
July 10, 2014 at 6:03 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of Town Center, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
Also present was City Manager Clay Phillips, Deputy City Manager Mike Land and City

PROPOSED 2014-2015 BUDGET
COPPELL CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT
A PUBLIC HEARING will be conducted by the Coppell Crime Control and Prevention District
Board of the City of Coppell, Texas to receive public comment concerning the Proposed 2014-
2015 budget. The Public Hearing will be held on July 10, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor
Conference Room at the City Hall, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. A copy of
the Proposed Budget will be on file for public view in the office of the Director of Finance at
City Hall.

An agreement to perform a sales tax audit was signed in 2004 between the City and this firm.
An audit of this magnitude is a multi-year project, with anticipated recoveries being identified

included in the last audit but had it been; recoveries would have been approximately $456,369,
fees of $150,602 for a net of $$305,767.

firm.
