CONSENT AGENDA 11. Consider approval of the following consent agenda items: A. Minutes of: April 11, 1995 B. Consideration and approval of a Proclamation naming the week of April 23-29 as NATIONAL SECRETARY/OFFICE PROFESSIONAL'S APPRECIATION WEEK and Wednesday, April 26, 1995 as NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL SECRETARY/OFFICE PROFESSIONAL'S DAY, and authorizing the Mayor to sign. C. Consideration and approval of a Proclamation naming the week of May 1-7, 1995 PUBLIC SERVICE RECOGNITION WEEK, and authorizing the Mayor to sign. D. Consideration and approval of a Proclamation naming the week of May 7 as "DRINKING WATER WEEK" in the City of Coppell and authorizing the Mayor to sign. E. Consideration and approval of a Proclamation naming the week of April 24-28 CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WEEK, and authorizing the Mayor to sign. F. Consideration and approval of an ordinance amending Section 2-3-3 of the Cede of Ordinances to eliminate term limits for members of the "Keep Coppell Beautiful Committee" and Section 2-3-4 to establish a quorum of seven members, and authorizing the Mayor to sign. END OF CONSENT ITEM # ITEM DESCRIPTION 12. Consideration and approval of an Agreement for Mutual Aid in Disaster Assistance, and authorizing the Mayor to sign. 13. Discussion and consideration of designating the City of Coppell 1995 Woman of the Year sponsored by the Women's Charity Organization of the Metrocrest. 14. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and approval of the Replat of Lot 3A and Lot 3B of Lakeside Village to relocate the boundary between the two lots on property located at the northwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard. 15. Consideration and approval of an Ordinance for S-1064, to change the zoning from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P.(Commercial, Special Use Permit) to allow the operation of a restaurant, with a special condition, for property located at 1086 East Sandy Lake Road, Lot 12, Kimbel Addition, and authorizing the Mayor to sign. 16. Discussion and consideration of calling an election for the purpose of issuing bonds to bury or relocate the TU transmission lines adjacent to Sandy Lake Road. 17.
