Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, will meet in Special
Called Session on Tuesday, April 18, 1995 at 6:30 p.m. for Regular Session and Work Session
immediately following in the Main Meeting Room of the William T. Cozby Public Library, 177
Heartz Road, Coppell, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items.
REGULAR SESSION: (Open to the public)

1. Authorization for the City Manager to complete the purchase of 8.536 acres of property
from Parks of Coppell Trust Joint Venture and execution of all necessary documents.
2. Discussion of Tax Abatement Policy.
WORK SESSION: (Open to the public)
3. Discussion and review of proposed amendments recommended by the Home Rule Charter
Committee.
