Notice is hereby given that the Crime Control and Prevention District will meet on Thursday,
July 12, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at Town Center, 255 E. Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:
Call to Order
1. Consider approval of minutes of July 13, 2017.
2. Review of the Crime Control and Prevention District budget for FY
2018-2019.
3. PUBLIC HEARING: A public hearing on the FY 2018-2019 Proposed
Budget for the Crime Control and Prevention District.
4. Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 budget for the Crime Control and
Prevention District.
5. Review of the budget calendar for the Crime Control and Prevention
District.
6. Consider election of President and Vice President.
