Parkway Boulevard. Also present were Parks and Recreation Director Brad Reid and Administrative Support Supervisor Cecilia Genders The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Clark called the meeting to order at 6:41 pm Members Present: Chair Jack Clark, Vice Chair Ed Guignon, Boardmember Maureen Corcoran, Boardmember Lisa Montes, Boardmember Melinda Melnick, Boardmember Lisa Dunham, Boardmember Earl Nesbit, and Alternate Nick Paschal 2. Citizens' Forum: Citizen's should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on your statements can only be taken at future meetings. Consider approval of minutes: September 11, 2017 40 A motion was made by Boardmember Dunham, seconded by Boardmember Montes, that this agenda them be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. Aye: 7 - Chair Jack Clark, Vice Chair Ed Guignon, Boardmember Maureen Corcoran, Boardmember Lisa Montes, Boardmember Melinda Melnick, Boardmember Lisa Dunham, and Boardmember Ead Nesbitt 4. Annual update by the Coppell Youth Football Association. Rob Witte with the Coppell Youth Football Association gave an update on current registration numbers, field usage, and current activities. S. Discussion and recommendation related to the use of park areas for adult fitness related activities There being no further business to come before the Parks and Recreation Board, the meeting was adjourned. at 7:50 pm. Food Truck Frenzy event was well attended this past Saturday. Mardi Gras in the Fall event will be held on Saturday at Old Town. Kaleidoscope event will be coming up soon at Andrew Brown East. B. The City Council approved an Interlocal agreement with the NTCOG for trall connections. 8. Chair Report A. Future Agenda Items Nothing to report. A. No future items at this time.
