Parkway Boulevard. Also present were Parks and Recreation Director Brad Reid and Administrative Support Supervisor Cecilia Gentles. Pursuant to the State Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on your statements can only be taken at future meetings. Manager's Report - Gary Decker Gary Decker, Cemetery Manager, gave a presentation regarding the Rolling Oaks Memorial Center's current activities and future development. 6. Update regarding the Trail Implementation Plan John Elias, Special Projects Manager, gave a presentation related to the Community -wide Trail Implementation Plan modifications. 7. Consider approval of the modifications to the Trail Implementation Plan. A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Boardmember Nesbitt, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carded by an unanimous vote.
