Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of PD -295 -HC, Archway 121, a zoning change request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD -295 -HC to establish a Concept Site Plan for gas station, hotel, retail, restaurants and office uses on 8.7 acres of property and a Detail Site Plan for a convenience food store with gas pumps on 2.2 acres located at the southeast corner of SH 121 and Freeport Parkway, at the request of Archway 121 Coppell Ltd., being represented by Chase Helm, Winkelmann & Associates, Inc. iall QI[am aA_1V10lei Consider approval of an Ordinance of the City of Coppell, Texas, readopting, ratifying, republishing and extending the Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances, Article 9-17, "Curfew Hours for Minors," for a period of three (3) years; and authorizing the Mayor to sign. 11. Kibler Construction (Construction Manager) for the construction of Rolling Oaks Memorial Center Phase II Expansion including Preconstruction Services for $10,000; as provided for in the bond proceeds; and authorizing the City Manager to sign and execute any necessary documents. 16. Consider award of bid and authorize a NCPA contract with Core Construction in the amount of $85,528.09, as budgeted, for the demolition and replacement of the ornamental iron fence around the perimeter of the Allen Road Park Lake; and authorizing the City Manager to sign and execute any necessary documents.
