Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell,
Texas together with the Economic Development Board will meet for a
special called work session on Tuesday, March 21, 1989 in the Rotary
Room of the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

Development Program for the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce.
Presentation by Sam Thompson of Dallas Central Appraisal
District concerning reappraisal of property value for the
1989 tax roll.
Discussion & consideration of approval of a Tax Abatement
Policy as recommended by the Economic Development Board
and directing the City Attorney to prepare the appropriate
resolution for adoption.
Discussion and consideration of the redesign of the
Coppell logo.
Review and discussion of Economic Development Project Plato.
Update of Economic Development projects i.e., information
center, economic development brochure, bike race, etc.
