Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on November 5, 2019
for voting in a special election on: Proposition A
The reauthorization for a four (4) year period the local sales and use tax in Coppell at the rate of one-fourth of one
percent to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets or sidewalks.

Applications for ballot by mail shall be mailed to: Toni Pippins-Poole, Elections Administrator, 2377 N. Stemmons Freeway,
Suite 820, Dallas, Texas 75207, faxed to: (214) 819-6303, or emailed to evapplications@dallascounty.org. Application for
ballot by mail must be received not later than the close of business (4:30 pm) on October 25, 2019. If applications are faxed or
e-mailed, the original application must be received by the Early Voting Clerk no later than the fourth business day after the
Clerk received faxed or e-mailed applications.

The Dallas County Elections Department is changing the way voting will take place in Dallas County. Beginning with the
November 5, 2019 election, new voting equipment and Countywide Vote Centers will be implemented. Vote Centers will allow
registered voters to cast their ballot at any Polling Location on Election Day throughout Dallas County. Additional
information and resources regarding this new voting experience can be found at our website at www.dallascountyvotes.org
